Last year was a tough one for me.
At times, it brought me to my knees, and tested my resolve. But oh, looking back at the version of Nadine a year ago, I’ve evolved and I’m grateful for the growing pains.
And I’ve heard from more than one of you that you’re happy to see the end of 2025, it’s not been an easy one.
As we close out this 9 year (2025 = 2+0+2+5), I reflect back to 2016, the last time we experienced a 9 year – the year I closed my business, my marriage ended, and I sold my house (all within 3 months). I’d say quite aligned with what a 9 year is designed for – a cycle of completion, release, karmic endings, and shedding.

This energy has invited us to lovingly lay down the versions of ourselves, the patterns, the habits, and the protection strategies that we no longer wish to carry forward.

2026 = 2+0+2+6, which makes it both a 10 and 1 year (in numerology).
We are still in the last tender phase of the Year of the Wood Snake as the shedding completes itself over the next 6ish weeks. Then on February 17th, we cross the threshold into the Year of the Fire Horse, a time that calls in wild power, passion, movement, and embodied truth.
A powerful opportunity of rebirth, creation, and awakening.
