Spring is in the air, and just around the corner, which brings a sense of renewal and lightness, and for so many reasons it still may feel heavy.

This month’s focus is on COMMUNITY.

From global to local, we are all connected.

I’ve been more quiet than usual as my heart breaks for the state of the world.

It can be hard to know how to process this kind of emotion – fear, sadness, anxiety…

I’ve heard from friends and clients that some are experiencing guilt going about their regular day to day, or wanting to engage in luxury (or what may now seem like luxury).Thinking others are so much worse off and that it doesn’t feel good or right. I get it.

Please remember though, we are all one.

Taking time to ensure you are in a good place physically, mentally, and spiritually actually benefits everyone.
When you heal yourself you help to heal the collective. 

Of course it’s totally understandable to empathize and feel deeply for what’s happening, and at the same time know that what we think, say, and do, has a ripple effect and impacts everything and everyone.

Even our thoughts can give energy to, and amplify, a situation.

We are all energy, everything is energy. 

Sending your love and best thoughts for the highest good out into the world makes a difference. ♥
