What an incredible weekend!
Our SACRED CONNECTION Retreat held space for healing, restoration, and deep bonds formed in Circle.
It truly is magical when the right people come together, at the right time, in the right place.
These women really showed up.
I thought I’d give you a little peek into our time together.
We spent the days in yogic movement, soaking in sound baths, exploring breathwork and healing, coming together to share in circle, releasing what no longer serves and calling in our affirmations during our Fall Equinox Fire Ceremony, and more!
