How are you doing? Is September settling in nicely for you?
I’ve been kind of quiet the last couple of months – working through some intense personal issues, and then enjoying some time for travel and adventure!
Although it’s not officially over, in a word I’d say my summer has been EXPANSIVE.
As it has challenged and forced me to grow, once again. And yay for that!
I had 2 incredible weeks in Ireland with my kids exploring and soaking in all the experiences we could.
We had so much fun!
And, this trip allowed for emotions to run high, at times brimming over, and ultimately some deep bonding.
It also served as a reminder that I can do hard things.
Travelling internationally as a single parent was new for me, driving through the tiniest of twisting roads on the other side was new for me, speeding over the waves on the Celtic Sea in a large dingy was new for me.
I felt challenged a lot, and definitely pushed out of my comfort zone.
And some old stories and beliefs resurfaced (apparently I’m not done working on them lol).
I learned that I can still easily slip into ‘survival mode’ and stay anchored there with unreasonable worrying that I’ve inherited.
And I’m grateful for the opportunity to take a closer look at the work still there to do, and I feel stronger and more aligned for it.
What I know is that working to find some comfort in the uncomfortable is the beauty of evolving.
In my upcoming retreat, in less than 2 weeks, you’ll be encouraged to explore the edges of your comfort zone.
Isn’t that the point of this life, to continuously expand and grow?
There are 2 sweet spots remaining and I trust that whoever is meant to be in sacred circle with us will find their way.
If you’ve been considering joining us, what’s holding you back from saying yes to YOU?
With love and deep gratitude,
xo
