Here we are in 2023, January behind us. I've personally found the start of this year a little sticky.

My heart is full. 💕 What an incredible weekend! Our SACRED CONNECTION Retreat held space for healing, restoration, and deep bonds formed in Circle.

I've been kind of quiet the last couple of months - working through some intense personal issues, and then enjoying some time for travel and adventure!
